Coconut and Chlorella Truffles

Ingredients:

  • 1 cup pitted dates
  • ½ cup shredded coconut
  • 2 tablespoons chlorella powder
  • 2 tablespoons cocoa powder
  • 1 tablespoon coconut oil
  • Additional shredded coconut for decoration

 

Instructions:

  1. Grind the dates in a food processor until they form a paste.
  2. Add the grated coconut, chlorella powder, cocoa and coconut oil.
  3. Mix well until a homogeneous dough is formed.
  4. Form balls with the mixture and roll them in grated coconut.
  5. Store the truffles in the refrigerator for at least 30 minutes before serving.
