Ingredients:
- 1 cup pitted dates
- ½ cup shredded coconut
- 2 tablespoons chlorella powder
- 2 tablespoons cocoa powder
- 1 tablespoon coconut oil
- Additional shredded coconut for decoration
Instructions:
- Grind the dates in a food processor until they form a paste.
- Add the grated coconut, chlorella powder, cocoa and coconut oil.
- Mix well until a homogeneous dough is formed.
- Form balls with the mixture and roll them in grated coconut.
- Store the truffles in the refrigerator for at least 30 minutes before serving.
