Guacamole with Spirulina

Ingredients:

  • 2 ripe avocados
  • 1 tablespoon spirulina powder
  • 1 chopped tomato
  • 1 chopped garlic clove
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice
  • 1 tablespoon chopped fresh cilantro
  • Salt and pepper to taste

 

Instructions:

  1. Mash the avocados in a bowl until a creamy texture is obtained.
  2. Add the tomato, garlic, cilantro and lime juice.
  3. Stir in the spirulina powder and mix well.
  4. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
  5. Serve with vegetable chips or pita bread.
