Ingredients:
- 1 cup oatmeal
- ½ cup peanut butter
- ¼ cup honey or agave syrup
- 1 tablespoon spirulina powder
- ¼ cup chocolate chips
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
Instructions:
- Preheat the oven to 180°C and prepare a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- Mix the oats, peanut butter, honey and vanilla extract in a large bowl.
- Add the spirulina powder and mix well.
- Stir in the chocolate chips.
- Form small balls of dough and place them in the pan, flattening them slightly.
- Bake for 12-15 minutes or until golden brown.
